Put Your Dream To The Test is only offered as a mastermind group at this time. We will be adding the e-learning course option at a later date. (You can scroll down directly to the mastermind information or read on to learn the advantages of the e-learning platform) When added to the e-learning platform, it will provide the user with many benefits and if you put in the work, you will achieve your objectives. Because there is no live interaction with participants as you would get in a mastermind group (more on that below) we offer the option of connecting with other learners if they give permission or contacting your instructor. The e-learning course is taught by a John Maxwell certified trainer, speaker, and coach. The instructor will make every attempt to visit with you virtually if available or respond to you by email.

The advantage to the e-learning platform is you can attend classes on your schedule and availability. You also pay a lower fee and if you later decide to participate in the mastermind group, you will receive a code that will apply 50% of what you paid for the e-learning course to the mastermind group.

If you choose to signup to be notified of the next mastermind group, your experience is greatly enhanced but they are only offered as demand dictates. The group meets virtually so that you can participate regardless of location. Meetings occur weekly for approximately one hour, with some exceptions for holidays. There are ten mastermind meetings. Our mastermind groups bring four to eight peers, together with the common goal of working through a particular topic or challenge. Through discussion, brainstorming, sharing, challenging, and supporting each other, participants come away with significantly improved clarity and a much deeper understanding of how to apply what they learn to their situation effectively.

The mastermind group is kept on track with an experienced facilitator. We provide an organized agenda specifically designed to let participants get the most out of each meeting. Before every meeting, each member will complete reading assignments and/or exercises to enhance the experience. Through these expertly guided discussions and a challenge and support process, participants stay focused on the topic at hand.

There are many advantages to learning in a mastermind group setting. Here are just a few.

• By working with others that come from various backgrounds and have different skillsets and expertise, you will get unique perspectives on approaching the topic at hand. You will gain insights that are only possible by seeing things from an entirely different vantage point. This allows you to find new ways to accomplish your objectives.
• Have you ever heard tried to build a house without help? Probably not, but if you did, you would likely find it impossible to do. Even if you did succeed, you would certainly get there faster and build a better house with experienced help. We are stronger (and smarter) as a group than any one individual. By collaborating with others, the end product is almost always better than if you go it alone.
• There is value in networking. You will not just expand your network by adding the people in your mastermind group, but you can add their networks as well. These are people you will be able to call on long after the mastermind group is completed.
• Expand your world, reach further, and get there faster by working with others. It isn’t easy to participate and not expand your boundaries. You will find that what you once thought to be impossible is now within your reach.
